What are your working hours?

Our office hours is from 09:00AM – 06:00PM. Al Reem Island branch is open from 10:00AM – 10:00PM and Manarat Al Saadiyat branch is from 09:00AM – 08:00PM.

How can I contact you?

How can I find out which Art Central shops stock a particular product?

To check if a certain shop has something in stock, please contact them directly, and they will be able to reserve your chosen products for 24 hours. See contact us.

Are Art Central’s full range of products available to buy online?

Currently we do not stock all products online.  We are constantly looking at updating the online range so if you cannot find something you are looking for please do not hesitate to give us a call.

Is your website secure?

We use the very latest security technology to protect our service and your details. Any sensitive information such as your credit card details, name and contact details are encrypted. We only accept orders from web browsers that allow communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your order is taken via a secure connection and information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event that it is intercepted.

What is Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode?

“Verified by Visa” and “Mastercard SecureCode” are card-authentication systems run by 3D Secure, offering a further layer of online security. If you haven’t used them before, you will be asked to enter a password; this is sent by a secure channel and will be available only to you and your bank and can’t be seen by Art Central or our website hosts.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes – call our team on +971 02 6796795. Lines are open Sun-Fri 10am-10pm. Please note that we can’t take payments via credit card over the phone. We deliver via local courier and who will collect the payment on delivery

I have completed my order, what happens next?

Within an hour of completing your order, you should receive an automated order confirmation email from us with the details of your order. You will receive another email to let you know when your order has been dispatched from our stores. If for any reason you do not receive either of these emails please do not hesitate to contact us on +971 02 6796795

How can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order for any reason please contact us as soon as possible on +971 02 6796795 (Sun-Fri 10am-10pm). We’ll do everything we can to help, but please be aware that items are often dispatched within a few hours of receiving your order, so it may not be possible. In these cases it is always possible to return the items for a refund.

Do you sell individuals of every single product?

Yes we do unless if the product is only available as sets.

I have changed my mind, how long do I have to return my order?

Please Just get in touch with us either through email (info@artcentral.ae) or call our team on +971 02 6796795. And will try to help you as much as possible.

My order has arrived damaged, who do I contact?

Our warehouse try to pack all orders as well as possible but occasionally some products can get damaged during delivery. Please contact us through the contact form on this page, or by emailing us at info@artcentral.ae, or call us on +971 02 6796795 and we can replace damaged products as soon as possible.  We will need to see proof of the damaged items before we can advise on how to resolve the issue.

Can I return my order back to you?

Yes you can sometimes, as long as they are in re-saleable condition and are brought back with their dispatch note. this depends on what kind of item you would like to return, as goods we have vary greatly. Please contact us via email at info@artcentral.ae or phone on +971 02 6796795, and we will be able to advise further on how to proceed.

Where do you deliver?

All our products are available for delivery – domestic or international with delivery charges. Delivery times may vary for certain areas – please Contact Us for details.

What delivery options are available?

The delivery options are, using by Art Central’s transportation or by using courier or shipping agent. For more information please Contact Us for details.

Please note that delivery options are available to all locations within UAE and Internationally.

Is it possible to track my order?

Yes, for an update on your Standard delivery please give us a call on +971 02 6796795.

How do I change my delivery address after placing my order?

If you have already placed your order with us and you realized later that you need to change the delivery address, please call us as soon as possible on +971 02 6796795 and we will endeavor to make the necessary changes.

Please also be advised that a change of address to the order which is already dispatched will have an additional courier service charge.

Where do you deliver internationally?

We do deliver globally.

What methods of payment do you accept for international orders?

For orders to be shipped outside the UAE, the full amount has to be paid in advance through online payment or wire transfer. Please send us an email at info@artcentral.ae and we will be able to advise further.


What methods of payment do you accept when purchasing online?

We accept cash on delivery and payment through Visa/Master card or internet banking. Also wire transfer to Art Central account, please ensure you input the correct billing address.

Do prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown include VAT.

How can I get a VAT receipt from my order?

We can send you a VAT receipt for your order once it has shipped. Please Contact Us via phone or email, and we will the same one to you.

How can my company make and pay for a bulk order?

In case of bulk order exceeding AED15k, for local companies after receiving the Purchase order, we deliver with up to one month credit note. If the product is to be imported from abroad, the client has to pay 50% in advance and the balance upon delivery.

For orders to be shipped outside the UAE, the full amount has to be paid in advance

How can I use my Art Central paper Gift Voucher online?

The paper gift vouchers are for use in our Art Central stores only.

How will my order be packaged?

It is important to us that you receive your products in perfect condition so that you can use them as soon as you get them out of the box, our warehouse take great care in packing of your products well enough so that they are protected, but without having surplus packaging material. We are constantly working to improve this balance between protecting the products and reducing the excess packaging.

Is the packaging recyclable?

The cardboard boxes and corrugated cardboard that we use are all made from recycled materials and can be recycled once you have received your order and no longer require them. 

If I’m ordering a gift, can it be delivered to an address which is not my billing address?

Yes. During the checkout process you are first asked to enter a Delivery Address and then a Billing Address. The billing address has to be the address your credit or debit card is registered to but the delivery address can be an alternative.

Can I choose to have my order gift wrapped?

After you have entered your delivery address at the checkout you will be given the option to gift wrap your order for a minimal charge. Products will be wrapped in Art Central branded wrapping paper. Larger products such as easels unfortunately cannot be gift wrapped.

How can I choose to have the prices removed from the receipt?

When you select the gift wrap option at the checkout, there is an option to tick a box and have the prices hidden on the dispatch note.

Can I add a gift message to my order?

When you select gift wrap during the checkout process you are also given the option of adding a personal message which will be printed on the dispatch note.
