We want you to love what you buy from Art Central. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original, unused condition and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, contact our team at hello@artcentral.ae or WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom framing orders, printed artwork, and workshop bookings are non-refundable once production or the session has commenced.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
