Refund and Returns Policy
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please send an email to our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP and resolve the issue!
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days from the date you received the item. The item must be in its original condition/packaging. Unfortunately, we are only able to offer refunds in the form of credit vouchers.
This means if you place an order and you are not satisfied with the product you receive, you can return it, however the customer is liable for the return shipping charges. ArtCentral will then issue you a credit voucher for the value of the item/s you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose a different format, size or product of your choice.
Please note we can only accept the return of opened items if there are faults in production and manufacturing and not for a change of mind.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your package didn’t arrive safe, sound, and in perfect condition please don’t worry. Send an email to our customer service team at email@example.com and reference your order number. We’ll get back to you ASAP and resolve the issue!
Items returned because they are defective, damaged or incorrect, will be either replaced, subject to availability, or will receive a full refund.
Please note, all refunds will be calculated as the original purchase price paid less the sum of the postage and packaging cost of the original shipping cost and return shipping costs for re-delivery back to our warehouse.
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the items to you and pay reasonable shipping costs for returning the item to us.
We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
All approved refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
If you would like to cancel an order after purchasing it, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to help you. As long as product hasn’t been dispatched, cancelling the order can be done immediately.
